Online booking reservations policy

We will be in touch again three days before you’re due to visit reminding you of your reservation details. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at this point. We will do our best to change your reservation, and there won’t be a charge for this.

However, please be aware that if you cancel less than 24 hours before you’re due to dine with us or fail to arrive without giving us notice, there is a charge of £60 per guest for lunch or £75 per guest for dinner, made to the credit card you gave to secure your booking.

Please be advised that you will have a seating time of 2 hours.
